The ECB Support Coach has been designed to give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to support qualified coaches.
The course upskills individuals who want to help and support a qualified coach in the delivery and organisation of safe cricket games and sessions. This vital role supports the coach in action and development of players predominantly in the club or school environment.
An ECB Support Coach is not qualified to lead coaching sessions independently and therefore must be supervised by a qualified cricket coach.

The course focuses on practical learning allowing you to understand how to make sessions safe, lead warm-ups and cool downs, and run different types of practice.
